Description:

This painting is dedicated to all brave Ukrainian women. Many thanks to Kateryna, Daria and Viktoriia for the spontaneous photo shoot on Cologne's Heumarkt on Ukraine's Independence Day on August 24! The three looked so beautiful and the artist was so fascinated by the blue and yellow ice cream. She just approached the three and asked if I could paint them. They said yes and here they are! May peace win and may Ukraine soon be a free country again!

Dieses Bild ist allen so mutigen ukrainischen Frauen gewidmet. Vielen Dank an Kateryna, Daria und Viktoriia für das spontane Fotoshooting auf dem Kölner Heumarkt am Unabhängigkeitstag der Ukraine am 24. August! Die drei sahen so schön aus und die Künstlerin war so fasziniert von dem blau-gelben Eis. Sie sprach die drei einfach an und fragte, ob ich sie malen dürfte. Sie durfte und hier sind sie! Möge der Frieden gewinnen und möge die Ukraine bald wieder ein freies Land sein!
